The day starts early with coffee and cakes at Sandcastles Apartments at 6am.

Then across by boat  to Caticlan and on to the Tibiao River in Antique, Panay. Stop at a small fishing village on the way to pick up cakes for morning merianda (snack) and fresh vegetables, fruit, fish and pork for a bar b que lunch.

Arrving at the Kayak Inn and get rigged up for optional white water kayaking experience or go on the trek to see magnificent rain forests and secluded water falls.

Relax in hot tubs, made warm with a wood fire under them (see video on right) .
Then  savour the typical  Filipino Bar B Que lunch and delicious salads.

On the way back stop by a secret river park and enjoy the ride on inner tubes and go for swim in the beautiful turquoise water.

Arrive back on Boracay at about 6 pm.
