OOCTOBER 2010 Hi Mercy,
I arrived back into Perth this afternoon and just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour of the Philippines. Everything went according to plan and we now know a lot more about your country than we did a couple of weeks ago.
Thank you so much for altering our hotel in Manila for the last 2 nights - we were able to get out and about in the city and I managed to do some souvenir and present shopping. The only item I didn't manage to find was a jeepney silver charm for my "travel" bracelet. If you know of a shop that sells those sort of tourist silver charms, please tell me and I'll try to order one from them.
Please also pass on our thanks to Edgar for his terrific driving and tour guiding skills. We were hoping to see him again at our hotel before we left, but unfortunately it didn't happen. Maybe next time we're "in town"!!!!!
Please let me know your company's mailing address in Manila, so that I can post something there.

The staff are amazing, especially with the speedy replies to emails and responses to price requests.
It is a nice change to get answers pretty much straight away, when a lot of the other wholesalers (especially the bigger ones) want you to do everything on websites with no personal interaction.

Prices were quoted in a timely manner, as was payments, final invoices and
documentation etc.
The client also commented on the hotels that were suggested - saying they
were the best options - after being in Manila and seeing what other hotels
were available. (greatly appreciate the fantastic inside knowledge/
suggestions).

Good morning Julie,
Feed back from the Lawton, Chuidian and Borg group? - yes I have plenty of feed back now - and it is all good.
They all had a great time.
Transfers all ok.
Kimberly Hotel - adequate - no complaints other than the hitch at reception which was sorted.
Although the girls were born in Philippines they hadn't visited Manila before. They didnt like it much and if they go to Boracay again they would only spend one night in MNL - Before their trip I recommended they do some guided sightseeing - Intramurous, War Cemetery, Tagatay - but they couldnt be bothered - they should have.
Trip to Boracay - flight - bus - banca - ok but long trip. If they return to Boracay they asked me to look into a flight from Subic to Boracay - maybe it's an amphibian? I dont know.
Red Coconut Resort - rooms good, service friendly, food good, resort was good value. They would go back to same place again. Plenty to do.
After returning from Boracay they hired a mini van to Angles City and stayed at Swagman Nara. Although accomodation there is very ordinary it is only 20 minutes from their old family home so they stayed there so as to visit family every few days.
I will be happy send clients to All About Asia in the future.
