Philippine Ultimate Tour

Day 1: Manila Arrival
Arrive in Manila and be personally met at the airport by All About Asia representatives and taken to your hotel.
Day 2: (B)- Manila City Tour
After breakfast Collected from your hotel and with you own personal guide taken to see the historical sites of Rizal Park, the 400 year old walled city of Intramuros and the original Spanish Fort Santiago with its medieval dungeons and museum dedicated to Dr Jose Rizal. Then to the American War Cemetery at Forbes Park with its many huge mosaic murals of the battles of World War II in the Philippines.
Day 3: (B-L) Corregidor Island Tour (SEE VIDEO)
Breakfast at your hotel and then collected and driven to Manila Bay wharf for your ferry trip across to Corregidor Island ride on the site seeing trolley bus past the World War II ruins of the ‘mile long barracks’, see the huge guns and mortars still in place. Walk through the Malinta Tunnel and witness the sound and visual re-enactment that takes you back to 1942 and the Japanese invasion. Lunch is included.
Day 4: (B) To Banaue
After breakfast collected and driven to bus terminal. Take it easy and see the passing countryside of Luzon on your way to Banaue. Check into the Banaue Hotel.
Day 5: (B) Rice Terraces (SEE VIDEO)
Breakfast at your hotel and then collected from the hotel by the guide and take in the spectacular views of the 2000
year old ‘Rice Terraces of Banaue’ then take the “OPTIONAL” trek to see the 4000 year old Batad rice terraces shaped out of the mountains like anenormous amphitheatre.
Day 6: (B-L) Sagada – Hanging Coffins
Early start to be driven to the mountain village of Sagada passing Bontoc on the way and viewing more spectacular rice and vegetable terraces along with stunning river views. Visit the famous ‘Echo Valley’ and see the hanging coffins and explore the caves. Lunch at a small cafe and sample the local cuisine and mountain hospitality. Experience the thrills of white water rafting. (SEE VIDEO)
Day 7: (B) To Manila
Travel back to Manila and stay in your hotel overnight.
Day 8: (B) to Bohol
Depart for airport and take the flight to Tagbilaran, Bohol. Check into hotel.
Day 9: (B) –Bohol Tour- ( SEE VIDEO)
Collected from you hot
el by your personal guide in an air conditioned van. You will visit: The Chocolate Hills, Tarsier, bats, monkey viewing, ‘Blood Compact Site’, Butterfly Sanctuary, Baclayon Church and Museum, Bilar Man Made Forest. Enjoy a barbeque lunch and entertainment cruising on a large raft on the Loboc River. After tour you will be driven to the Tagbilaran Sea Port for your ferry trip to Cebu. Then picked up and taken to your hotel.
Day 10: (B) – Cebu Tour
Today you do the Cebu City and Mactan Island tour. You will visit Fort San Pedro with its Spanish cannons still guarding. Then to Magellan’s cross and the oldest church in the Philippines, the Basilica of the Santa Nino. Read about demise of Ferdinand Magellan by local chieftain, Lapu Lapu, at the place he was slain on Mactan Island 500 years ago.
Day 11: (B) To Palawan
Take the flight from Cebu to Puerto Princesa, Palawan and be picked up and taken to your hotel.
Day 12: (B-L) Underground River (SEE VIDEO)
Collected from your hotel and driven to Sabang for the boat tour of the famous ‘Underground River’; it is claimed to be the longest “navigable” subterranean river in the world. See spectacular caves and let your imagination run wild with the shapes of the formations of millions of years. Lunch is provided on the beach front of Sabang.
Day 13: (B) Tagaytay
Fly from Puerto Princesa to Manila and the collected at the airport for the drive to your Tagaytay hotel.
Day 14: (B) Taal Volcano
See Lake Taal with the Taal volcano - the smallest active volcano in the world in the lake. Visit Taal Town or spend the morning at a spa for a well deserved pampering that only Filipinos know how to do.
The afternoon departure for Manila airport for your flight home.
